President-elect Donald Trump had fun at a UFC event with Elon Musk and his friends at Madison Square Garden in New York City. It was a special celebration after his big election win.

President-elect Donald Trump had a special way to celebrate his recent election victory. He attended a UFC event at Madison Square Garden in New York City with his billionaire friend, Elon Musk. The night was filled with excitement, as Trump cheered on fighters in the mixed martial arts world, a sport he has long supported.

Trump, who is known for his connection with the UFC and its president Dana White, has often been called the "Combatant in Chief." He has a strong fan base among UFC supporters, many of whom are also his political followers. Trump sat between Dana White and Elon Musk during the event, paying close attention to the matches. He even chatted with fighters after their bouts.

The event took place in the famous Madison Square Garden, a well-known venue in the heart of Manhattan. It was a highly guarded area, with heavy security in place to ensure safety. Trump was greeted with loud music and cheers from the crowd as he entered the arena. He waved to the fans, and many of them waved back, showing their support.

Trump stayed at the event for hours, watching five exciting matches. He didn’t leave until after 1:30 AM on Sunday. The biggest match of the night was the fight for the undisputed heavyweight championship. Jon Jones faced Stipe Miocic in the octagon for the top title. After Jones won the match, he thanked Trump in his victory speech, and the two shared a handshake in the ring.

Trump was not alone at the event. He was joined by several famous people, including House Speaker Mike Johnson, Tesla CEO Elon Musk, and singer Kid Rock. Trump also had Robert F. Kennedy Jr. with him, who he plans to nominate for the role of Secretary of Health and Human Services in his future administration. Other notable guests included Tulsi Gabbard, who Trump has chosen as his intelligence chief pick, and country singer Jelly Roll.

At the event, Trump showed off some dance moves as his campaign song "YMCA" played over the speakers. He seemed to be enjoying himself, especially after his big win in the election against Vice President Kamala Harris.

Trump's visit to Madison Square Garden was also a reminder of a past controversial event. In October, he held a rally there, which was the site of a comedian’s remarks about Puerto Rico. The comedian made fun of the island, calling it a "floating island of garbage." This drew criticism, but Trump’s appearance at the UFC event showed a different side of him, focused on fun and sports.

A photo shared by one of Trump’s aides showed him watching some of the early matches while sitting on his plane next to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. It was a lighthearted moment for the president-elect, who had just wrapped up a busy few days since winning the election.

Madison Square Garden, with a seating capacity of nearly 20,000, was packed with excited fans. Many wore red "Make America Great Again" hats, showing their continued support for Trump. Among them was Sean Allen, a 22-year-old from Monroe, New York. Allen had never voted before, but after seeing Trump’s victory, he decided to cast his ballot for the president-elect.

"I was so surprised when Trump won. I wanted to be part of it," said Allen. He borrowed a MAGA hat from a friend to wear to the UFC event and was excited to see Trump in person.

Trump’s plane, known as "Trump Force One," took off from Palm Beach, Florida, for the two-hour flight to New York. It was only the second time since his election that he had left Florida. The first was when he traveled to Washington to meet President Joe Biden at the White House. Since then, he has mostly been at his Mar-a-Lago resort, working on filling cabinet positions for his upcoming administration.
