Ben Affleck is reportedly reflecting on how he treated Jennifer Lopez during their marriage, with emotions and support from family and friends playing a big role.

Ben Affleck has been feeling emotional about how he treated Jennifer Lopez during their relationship. The actor, 52, has been reflecting on the end of their marriage and feeling a mix of emotions. 

According to sources, Affleck seems happy most of the time, but he also has moments of sadness. "He may seem cheerful, but the divorce has been hard on him," an insider said. "His reputation has suffered, and he’s dealing with feelings of guilt."

Despite the divorce, Affleck has a strong support system. His ex-wife Jennifer Garner, his close friend Matt Damon, and his family have been there for him. Sources say that they are worried about his past struggles with alcohol.

 "That’s why Jennifer Garner checks on him almost every day to make sure he’s okay," a source shared. "His mom, brother, and close friends, like Matt Damon, are also involved. They all keep in touch with each other and with Ben to make sure he’s doing alright."

Affleck knows that his family and friends are looking out for him, but he’s not fully aware of how much they’re talking behind the scenes to help him.

Earlier, Lopez had filed for divorce from Affleck after just two years of marriage. The couple had spent the summer apart, and the tension grew too much for them to handle. "Jennifer gave her whole heart to the relationship," a source explained. "She believed love could conquer everything, but in the end, it wasn’t enough."

Lopez doesn’t regret getting back together with Affleck after their first engagement ended in 2004. Despite the pain, she still loves him deeply. "She’ll always love Ben, and that’s the hardest part for her," the insider revealed.
