This inferno took place at a grand residence located near 450 E. 1450 North. It got fired
in the early evening and persisted until 10 p.m., as firefighters tirelessly fought to drench the fire, as mentioned by Orem Deputy Fire Chief Shaun Hirst.
He said that the house was empty and there were no reported injuries. Investigative procedures to determine the fire's cause will commence once the fire is successfully suffocated.

According to the Utah County Sheriff's Office, it was reported that the boy accidentally fell or tripped into the path of a car that was making a turn from northbound Porter's Crossing onto Pony Express Parkway. As a result, he suffered significant head injuries and was airlifted by a medical helicopter to Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City.
