US Defense Department making plans to withdraw all U.S. troops from Syria

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant has alerted U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin that Iran is getting ready for a major attack on Israel. This news came out on Sunday through Axios reporter Barak Ravid, who shared information from a trusted source.

The Israeli Defense Ministry confirmed the call between Gallant and Austin on Monday. They talked about important military strategies and how Israel is preparing to deal with Iranian threats.

To address these concerns, the U.S. has taken action. Defense Secretary Austin has ordered a guided missile submarine to be sent to the Middle East. The U.S. military is also planning to send more fighter jets and Navy warships to support Israel's defense.

The tension increased after an Iranian Revolutionary Guards deputy commander said Iran planned to "harshly punish" Israel. This comes after the assassination of a Hamas leader in Tehran on July 31, which Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has promised to avenge.

The U.S. military’s increased presence is meant to boost Israel’s defenses amid these growing tensions. Both countries are working closely together to address the threat from Iran and keep the region stable.
