Carlos Sainz has said that his support for his Ferrari Formula 1 teammate, Charles Leclerc, in his quest for a win at the Monaco Grand Prix.

Despite Leclerc's history of starting at the front in Monaco but failing to clinch victory, Sainz believes that with the strong performance of the Ferrari car and Max Verstappen starting in sixth place, Leclerc has a good chance of breaking his winless streak.

Sainz, who won in Australia earlier this season, understands the challenges of winning in Monaco but is determined to help Leclerc in any way he can from his own starting position in third place. He is optimistic that with a solid performance throughout the weekend, Leclerc will finally emerge victorious in Monaco.

As the race unfolds, Sainz’s primary opportunity to support Leclerc will be to overtake McLaren’s Oscar Piastri at the start and act as a rear gunner to protect Leclerc’s lead. Together, they aim to secure a memorable win for Ferrari in the iconic streets of Monte Carlo.

It’s heartwarming to see teammates supporting each other, especially when it comes to achieving elusive milestones. Let’s hope Leclerc’s luck turns around, and he crosses the finish line in first place this time!

Racing in Monaco presents a unique set of challenges that make it one of the most demanding circuits on the Formula 1 calendar.

Monaco’s street circuit winds through the city, with narrow roads and tight corners. Drivers must thread their cars through these confined spaces, leaving no room for error. The famous hairpin at Turn 6 is a prime example, requiring precise braking and slow-speed maneuvering.
