President Biden Criticizes Rep. Lauren Boebert in Colorado, follows with political attack

During President Joe Biden's visit to Colorado's 3rd Congressional District, he didn't hold back in criticizing Rep. Lauren Boebert for her continuous social media attacks against him.

After visiting CS Wind, a wind turbine company in Pueblo, the president commended the company's efforts to hire more workers and highlighted the role of the infrastructure law, which his administration pushed, in making it happen. In his 23-minute speech at CS Wind, Biden made sure to point out that both Boebert and her fellow Republicans had voted against the infrastructure law, despite its significant contribution to job creation.

During his speech, Biden briefly paused when he mentioned Boebert's name, followed by a moment of making the sign of the cross and a smile at the resulting laughter. He then highlighted Boebert's voting record, emphasizing her initial opposition to the infrastructure law and subsequent support for repealing essential parts of it. Boebert herself has defended her decisions, claiming the law represents an extreme version of the Green New Deal.

These critiques of Boebert's actions come less than a year before the 2024 general election. In 2022, Boebert was narrowly re-elected, defeating her Democratic rival Adam Frisch. Frisch, who is actively campaigning in the district to secure the seat in the next election, did not join Biden on stage.

Boebert criticized Frisch's absence on Wednesday, referring to him as Aspen Adam and pointing out his past experience serving on the Aspen City Council.
