A shooting on Sunday evening shook Caroline and Hoffman Park in East Baltimore’s Oliver neighborhood. Just before 8 p.m., the Baltimore Police Department found eight people shot, ages 22 to 45. Sadly, a 36-year-old man died from the violence.
